The concept for EML Uniforms was conceived approximately 10 years ago when I first started out in customer service for a national uniform distributor. My primary role was to help customers with any and every aspect of uniform selection. After branching out on my own, in the wake of today’s world of impersonal online uniform ordering, the concept of genuine customer service has become even more important. Our site is an invitation to CALL our customer service department!

One of the reasons we are able to achieve this goal is due to our alignment with many of the top apparel manufacturers in the country. As an example, we received a phone call this week from a long time prospective customer, in a multi-location catering business, who shared he was completely satisfied with their existing supplier. He asked if he would be able to have them in his office within 2 days of ordering. EML customer service got in touch with the mfg. of these garments and we got a commitment that the in stock items are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours, for delivery in two days to this particular location. As a result of the quick response, convenience and good pricing offered, this customer was very happy to turn their uniform orders over to EML!
